Re: Portrait sketches
Re: Girgistian's naga sketch.
The snakey half of him needs to be a good deal thicker, especially near his 'waist'.
Currently, the serpentine portion of his body looks incapable of supporting the mass of his torso.

Re: Goodbye?
You're what? But... you... but... that's not...
Well, bugger. The wesnoth forums aren't going to be the wesnoth forums without you.
See ya.
PS. Satan just called. Apparently hell is experiencing an uncharacteristic cold snap.

mumbletypeg noun: a game in which each player in turn throws a knife or pointed stick from a series of positions, continuing until the object thrown fails to stick in the ground. So yeah... basically what a kid does with mum's kitchen knives when given the half a chance. The name apparently comes fr...

Sure. Try making north-facing frames for the goblin spearman line. We've already got half of them, since we have the melee attack frames; all we need is a standing frame, and defense frames. I'm nearly done with these, sorry  Wait... so I don't need to do these? (It's not a problem. I've only...

Couple questions regarding animations: • Do we want north and south melee attack sequences? If so, do we have any current examples? (I couldn't find any.) • Do we want directional standing/facing unit images? (Umm... in case it isn't clear, by this I just mean images of the unit facing the vario...

So hang on, let me get this straight. The sole advantage of this is to allow greater size difference between big units (troll) and giant units (wyvern). And for this we would pay the already mentioned prices. The reduction in amount of the 'board' on screen sounds especially odious. Plus I'm pretty ...

What? Why? I don't understand. It looks to my like he's spinning 360 degrees in two jumps. Isn't that what it is? Think about it. When a unit does a melee attack in-game, it moves toward its opponent, strikes, then moves back to its original position. (The first two parts are often combined in a lu...
