Re: iOS support thread
Got it. Then why not create an iOS branch in wesnoth/wesnoth and merge the current iOS repository into this branch (based on master)?
Or were you telling exactly that, but it is way too long and difficult?
I have to search some background information with GPT...

Re: iOS support thread
Isn't it an option as well: to get all changes in wesnoth/wesnoth since the latest common commit between the two, and export as patch? Then try putting that patch onto sinaren/wesnoth, resolving possible conflicts?

Re: iOS support thread
My understanding of the porting process might be limited - but could you throw a Discord dev channel URL to me, so I would ask for a detailed description of what’s required for such an update, if someone has the time to explain a little? I was sure that it looks like that: we get the source code, re...

Re: iOS support thread
Hi! I am sorry if this message is a dup!
I've installed the 1.14 iOS App Store version. Now I can't find any way to get it updated to the 1.16.
Is it possible?

Re: Invisible/1-pixel-tall health and experience bars
And now for something completely different for another problem (another post):
the game crashes when I'm trying to zoom out.
1. Press 'Zoom out' button
2. Black game board
3. Several seconds
4. Game crashes with system message

Re: Invisible/1-pixel-tall health and experience bars
As for me (im NOT developer, so no idea really) your problems look like there are just non-existant health bar images.. or the path is different.. Do you have a bar-energy.png here? C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle for Wesnoth 1.14.1\images\misc I guess you do... i think my ideas ran out ;) Will check...

I see, there is no auto concatenation in this forum. Every post is separate.

Re: Invisible/1-pixel-tall health and experience bars
I'm looking that way... Minute please https://b.radikal.ru/b07/1805/be/911c29ce8738.png Removed the Elvish Dynasty, I think the campaigns won't affect other campaigns, for example I tried starting one of the official ones and had the same issue. [Merged 3 consecutive posts. ― shadowm] PS Removed all...

Re: UI issues?
Not a trace of health bars. 1280 x 738 (windowed). 1.14.1. Windows (I told it's windowed!) 7. I had the latest version of Wesnoth on Mac a week or two ago, it was okay. I believe that was 1.14.0 though. https://c.radikal.ru/c24/1805/33/cf0313018eae.png https://a.radikal.ru/a11/1805/18/5bdb422c6057.p...

Re: Wesnoth 1.14.1
Is it meant to be so, having health bars totally disappeared or I am just experiencing a bug?
Mouse: OK

RNG: OK
But what's with health bars? Unable to play without those.

Re: SLOW Performance Issues: post here to report
Make sure to compile with -O3 btw, it makes a huge difference for fast fog clearing. Excuse me, what is -O3? What does that flag mean and where should I put it? I googled it and found nothing. I don't want to recompile AGAIN (the fourth time), but if that may make the game faster... I have nothing ...

Re: SLOW Performance Issues: post here to report
What did they do to Wesnoth? I've been playing it for years on old Ubuntu, Mint, Debian etc. Now I've got openSUSE 13.1 KDE and decided to compile Wesnoth 1.11.15. Well, I'm there. But it's lagging lik'n old crap on Windows 98. The first is, when I select fast (2x speed) animation, they've become......

Re: Aragwaithi
Aragwaithi faction uses extremely cute sprites and animation, and I do like the IftU and AtS storyline concerned to Aragwaithi and the Grand Council. Whether they are balanced faction or not, they're too one-of-a-kind to write them off. Hope some day I can play a MP match with Aragwaithi on the offi...
