I've sent a pmail to Shiki asking if I should again do a port like I did for 1.16.
Almost all 1.16 addons should run without major problems in 1.18 I believe. A few shifted resources might cause a couple of missing graphics.

You can just download it and manually install it under 1.18 and hope it works. 1.16 to 1.18 was an almost trivial upgrade for most addons but 1.14 to 1.16 was in some cases incompatible. Check out some custom eras like the elemental faction that gets healed on vegetation. It can of course be done for just mushrooms too but I know of none at the moment.
