Too long? You must refer to the length of the single scenarios, because the number of scenarios is quite low.

Yeah, reconsidering it seems pretty hard, and leveling a unit to level 2 is too easy. I was just trying to think of something new. Dude, seriously, take a break. You want too much in too little time, and although your intentions might be noble, your statements come across awfully rude in some aspects. Relax a little and don't get eaten up in this "me against the almighty devs" kinda thing.

I seem to recall some thread here on the forum mentioning the possibility of replaying scenarios within a campaign (i.e. actually playing them, not watching the replay of what you've done) - gradually amassing more experience so that eventually you get to recall high-level units. However, I haven't...

Also, what do you mean with graphics, and what version are you currently playing?
The last two version before the recent 1.10 branch were 1.8 (stable) and 1.9 (development), I believe you might refer to the difference between those two.

Did you check the filesize of the installer? Maybe it is corrupted, but that would mean, both of them that you tried would be broken and that's not very likely if you are on a stable net-connection.
