Re: AI-generated Art
Hello;
These all differ only with the random seed. So there is quite a bit of variation on the seed alone which
means you really have to keep guessing to find something good.
These are all "wizard troll with potion"

Re: AI-generated Art
These are all based on the text "orc wolf" the only change is different random seeds.
I see some problems with doubling here and there.

Hello;
here is "orc potion bottle" with 12 different random seeds.
I find that if I start things with orc, it puts the drawing AI in a fantasy game mood.
But it also tries to put orc in the bottle sometimes too.

Re: AI-generated Art
hello;
The phrase "silver mana ring" and "blue orc mana bottle". These seem easy but would take some time to draw from scratch. If you wanted to fill in a database of objects, they are passable, though you would probably want to separate them from the background. I am not sure how to make them more pixel-like.

Re: AI-generated Art
That would be pretty close to "if you were in total control of the training images" so then we can certainly consider it.

Re: AI-generated Art
Dall-E just changed its terms of use:
More preciselyYou own the generations you create with DALL·E.
We’ve simplified our Terms of use and you now have full ownership rights to the images you create with DALL·E — in addition to the usage rights you’ve already had to use and monetize your creations however you’d like. This update is possible due to improvements to our safety systems which minimize the ability to generate content that violates our content policy.
Does this means that we can now use Dall-E for Wesnoth?3. Content
(a) Your Content. You may provide input to the Services (“Input”), and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, OpenAI hereby assigns to you all its right, title and interest in and to Output. OpenAI may use Content as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. You are responsible for Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Re: AI-generated Art
I don't really see how this changes anything?
So this reads like they're more clearly and explicitly giving you ownership rights that you may not have in the first place. Also the first quote seems outright misleading, frankly, given the second quote.
It remains unclear that this is correct and is still at least legally unproven.you now have full ownership rights to the images you create with DALL·E
Similarly, "applicable law" remains essentially undefined. In fact this sounds very similar to with Copilot is doing, which is essentially saying "here's output from an unknown number of unknown sources and congratulations it's your job to try and figure out what copyright you actually own (if anything) and if you violated anyone else's copyright."As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, OpenAI hereby assigns to you all its right, title and interest in and to Output.
So this reads like they're more clearly and explicitly giving you ownership rights that you may not have in the first place. Also the first quote seems outright misleading, frankly, given the second quote.

Re: AI-generated Art
been using stable 1.5 for a while, as portraits these are excellent. The only issue is specific details like weapons, arms and even eyes can be very janky.

I mean, the third set is pretty awful, unless the woman is a stripper.

seems to be some bias in the AI for 'medieval armour' on women.Pentarctagon wrote: ↑December 3rd, 2022, 1:08 am I mean, the third set is pretty awful, unless the woman is a stripper.
A bit more variety this time around, the janky eyes and arms actually seems to work for zombies.

I actually think this is the most appropiate use for DALL - E
