S1

I'd suggest giving Lanna an additional fireball attack, that way her comment about fireballs makes sense.
S2
To me it looks like income and gold of the enemy leader was
1) accidentally swapped
and 2) the gold was accidentally outcommented, which is why the enemy leader has only 10 gold to begin with.
It doesn't make sense to me that I already know what the enemy leader is named and that there is a message to find. I'd suggest setting the objectives to 'explore', then when you discover enemies to 'defeat the enemy leader', and add an event about spotting a message when you spot the enemy keep, and adding a 'read the message' objective.

It doesn't make much sense that you know in advance that you will face undead. Same suggestions as for S2.

The line 'they talk again about their allies' doesn't make sense, no allies were mentioned.

General stuff
The scenarios preferably need names.
Your important characters need a silver crown.
There seems to be a lot of checking if hero characters are alive. But since they are hero characters, their death ends the campaign either way, so those checks seem redundant to me.
The add-on description warns the player to keep the dark elves alive in S5. I suggest you implement the race of the Elvish Assassins as Dark Elves to match that.
It feels a bit like the add-on is unfinished, text wise. The explanations and interactions with the enemies are not quite fleshed out enough to make sense.
The add-on uses the 'outdated' 80% carry over which can allow the player to amass a lot of gold.
